Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals. Our studios and apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture and amenities, and we ask all tenants to treat them with care and respect. The deposit serves to cover any potential damages during your stay. If the property is returned in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded at the end of your rental period.
Once your booking is confirmed, payment instructions will be sent. A deposit is needed to reserve the rental.
